Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich has called the new details regarding a man accused of repeatedly locking a teenage girl in a dog kennel “disturbing.” Barry Bedenkop, 61, of Wyoming, is facing a total of 10 charges in connection with the abuse. Court documents say that those charges include rape, gross sexual imposition, endangering children, rape, and sexual battery. Pillich says investigators believe the abuse began when the child was just 5 years old.
