MISSING: Teen reported missing from west Toledo

Toledo police are asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager who has been reported missing. Avah Negilski, 13, was last seen near the 1900 block of Ottawa Drive, according to a Facebook post from TPD late Saturday night.
