The Cleveland Division of Police are seeking help from the public in locating a 17-year-old boy who was reported missing Saturday. Officers say Breydan Carr-Cramer was last seen in the area of Lutheran Hospital. He is listed as an endangered juvenile and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and black Air Force shoes. Carr-Cramer is described by police with blond hair and blue eyes, and is 6-feet tall weighing 146 pounds.
