DAYTON, Ohio-The Dayton Regional STEM School wants to buy more than nine acres of Kettering land at Miami Valley Research Park near its campus.
The land is city-owned property “adjacent to the regional campus” of the school in the 1700 block of Woodman Drive near the Kettering-Dayton border, according to Kettering records. The deal is for “development which will in turn preserve and/or create positive employment and economic activity,” city records show.
