DAYTON, Ohio-Dayton Police have arrested several individuals suspected of child sexual assault following investigations by the CARE House Unit. The arrested suspects include Damien Connor Wiley, Zachary Bryan Copp, Leonard Andrea Davis Jr., Aaron Scott Miner, Santino Blue Wilson, Robbie Matthew Minnich, Brett King, and Dylan Kent, all charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor. Christopher R. Kilbarger, aged 35, is still at large and wanted on a warrant for the same offense.
