A Trumbull County woman has been charged after investigators say the van she was driving rear-ended an Amish buggy in Mesopotamia Township, resulting in the death of an unborn child. Jessica Scialabba, 32, of Bloomfield Township, was booked into the county jail Tuesday after the Ohio State Highway Patrol filed a charge of vehicular homicide against her in Newton Falls Municipal Court.
