COLUMBUS, Ohio-Aaron Hood, a financial expert from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, has been appointed as the interim head of the Ohio State Teachers Retirement System (STRS). The board made the decision during a meeting on Thursday, and Hood will begin his role on November 18, succeeding Lynn Hoover. A search for a permanent executive director is ongoing.
