Chagrin Falls High School’s Tatum Yanchar Wins First Place in National Photo Contest

April 16th, 2024-CHAGRIN, Ohio-Chagrin Falls High School senior Tatum Yanchar made history by winning first place in the Jostens Photo Contest’s graduation category, becoming the school’s first-ever winner in the national contest.

Her winning photo captured the energy and pride of graduation, symbolizing the hard work of students. Over 5,000 entries were received, with only 100 photos selected for recognition. Additionally, sophomore Eloise Pulte received an honorable mention in the academic category for her unique photo of math teacher Michael DiGeronimo. Both students expressed gratitude for the recognition and the opportunity to showcase their talent.
