GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio-A high school student in Grandview Heights was hit by a car while crossing West Third Avenue in front of the high school. The incident occurred around 9 a.m. The student, although injured, was alert and responsive when emergency services arrived. They were subsequently taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital for further evaluation. The driver involved in the accident remained at the scene.
