JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio-The Jackson-Milton girls Varsity basketball team has seen significant growth this year, expanding from three players to ten, including one senior, three sophomores, and seven freshmen. Head Coach Jeff Wilson and Assistant Coach Madison Cauffield have dedicated much effort to nurturing this team.
With a roster filled with freshmen and sophomores, there is ample opportunity for further development and improvement. The team achieved a commendable record of 10-13 for the season, reflecting their hard work and progress. In a match against Heartland Christian High School, the girls initially faced a slow start but quickly regained momentum, eventually leading the game. Despite a strong comeback attempt by Heartland, Jackson-Milton demonstrated resilience and skill, ultimately tying the score.
