TOLEDO, Ohio-In Toledo, a police chase ensued around midnight Thursday when a pickup truck carrying three people crashed into a home after starting from Bancroft and Cherry due to a traffic violation. The truck maneuvered through downtown on Cherry, turned onto a dead-end road, drove through a field, and returned to Western Ave. The chase concluded when the truck crashed at Spencer and South. Despite the crash, all three occupants, including a baby, escaped uninjured. Brian Ferris, 32, was arrested and faces charges of fleeing police, child endangerment, and multiple traffic violations. His bond is set at $30,000, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 8.
