BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio-Amalina Powell has been found safe at home after an incident involving an unknown male juvenile entering her house while her father was at work. David Powell noticed the boy through his doorbell camera and reported the situation to the Bellefontaine Police. By the time officers arrived, Amalina had left with the boy, and her father did not know who he was. Despite checking the area and looking through Amalina’s journals, officers could not locate her initially. David suspected she might have gone to her grandmother’s house, but that lead did not pan out. Amalina was entered as missing in the LEADS system, and the police shared footage of the unidentified boy for further investigation. Details about her appearance were also circulated.
