A man and woman who reportedly kidnapped a 12-year-old boy before assaulting him and pouring bleach on him in Dayton last week are facing charges.
An investigation later determined the boy may be a sexual assault suspect, according to Dayton police.
A 33-year-old woman and 37-year-old man are facing one count each of kidnapping (younger than 13), abduction and assault in Dayton Municipal Court records.
