A teenager has died as a result of a deadly shooting in Avondale early Monday morning. It happened along Hutchins Avenue, near Reading Road in Avondale, around 1 a.m. Monday. The Hamilton County coroner has identified the affected child as Tyquan Jones-Alexander, 14, of Cincinnati.
