The woman accused of murdering a toddler at the North Olmsted Giant Eagle will face a judge Wednesday afternoon for a pre-trial hearing. Last month, the attorney for Bionca Ellis filed a motion to change her plea to not guilty by reason of insanity. In February, she was found competent to stand trial.
