COLUMBUS, Ohio-Samaritan’s Feet International, in collaboration with the Columbus Global Academy, recently distributed 400 pairs of free shoes to students and families in need in Columbus, Ohio. Volunteers, including community leaders Bertha Obayuwana and Imran Malik, facilitated the event, aiming to provide hope and new shoes to children and seniors in Columbus through the One City Columbus initiative.
The organization plans to return to Columbus to distribute a total of 4,000 pairs of shoes by the end of the year, part of their broader goal of giving away 1.1 million pairs of shoes globally in 2024.
