RIPLEY, Ohio-Jeremy Bennington, a 2007 West Union High School graduate with a decorated basketball background, has been approved as the new head coach for Ripley High School’s varsity boys basketball team for the 2024-25 season. Bennington, who has excelled both in college and semi-professional basketball, expressed his desire to return to the area and give back to the community through coaching.
He aims to instill a culture of discipline, teamwork, and accountability within the Ripley program, with a focus on both athletic and personal growth. Despite the team’s recent struggles, Bennington is confident in his ability to lead Ripley towards success with the support of the school, community, and players.
