TOLEDO, Ohio-On National Adoption Day, six children served by Lucas County Children Services found permanent homes, including Savion, who was adopted by Michael and Robyn Hahn. The annual event, led by Probate Court Judge Jack Puffenberger, saw the adoption of children by parents ready to legally adopt them. Puffenberger, who has approved over 8,000 adoptions in his 36 years on the bench, expressed how rewarding it is to witness these joyful unions.
