Primary Village North Principal Mindy Cline, who is retiring this summer after 34 years with Centerville Schools, is the grand marshal for the Centerville-Washington Twp. Americana Festival parade. Mark Metzger, the festival’s president, said Cline “exemplifies a servant to her community in the best way” and has spent her career “molding, shaping and inspiring” area youth.
