The academic school year is right around the corner, and the Ohio attorney general is reminding parents that despite the ongoing court battles, Ohio’s EdChoice Scholarship Program continues to run for families. “EdChoice is the law of the land for the coming school year,” said Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, R-Ohio, during a press conference on Monday. “Nothing that’s happened legally limits their options.”
