Sixty students in Girard and Liberty received winter jackets on Monday. According to a news release, the Girard-Liberty Rotary donated the jackets through the Rotary Project Warm program, an initiative that the group has been a part of for four years. “We are honored to continue this important tradition of giving. No child should ever be cold,” said Kathy Blackstone, Co-President of the Girard-Liberty Rotary.
