A 4-year-old Ohio boy remains on a ventilator after he and his 3-year-old sister were found at the bottom of a swimming pool in West Chester Township on Labor Day. His mother, Erica Smith, said she rushed to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where doctors performed emergency resuscitation efforts to save her son.
