PLAIN CITY, Ohio-One year after an infant baby girl was discovered in a garbage truck in Plain City, Ohio, the search for evidence continues. Central Ohio Crime Stoppers reports that leads regarding the circumstances of the newborn’s death have been scarce. The baby, named “Madison,” was found in June 2023, prompting an investigation by Plain City police and the Montgomery County Medical Examiner’s Office. Initial findings indicated the newborn had injuries, including fractures and blunt force trauma to various parts of her body. Despite ongoing efforts, authorities have not identified any suspects, and the case remains active.
