ROSSFORD, Ohio-A mother in Rossford, Ohio, confronted a man allegedly recording her teenage daughter inside a Target store. The incident went viral after the daughter recorded her mom confronting the man.
Despite calling the police, they informed her that the man hadn’t technically committed a crime by recording her daughter. Subsequently, the man, revealed to be a registered sex offender, was pulled over for a traffic violation. Despite dodging questions and denying the incident, he was let go with a traffic warning, leaving the family frustrated with the legal limitations in such cases.
