WARREN, Ohio-A 6-year-old boy sustained severe injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Hendrickson Road in Middletown, Warren County. The incident occurred around 6 p.m., involving a Ford Explorer traveling east. The child entered the road from the south side and was struck by the vehicle. He was initially taken to Atrium Medical Center and later transferred to Dayton Children’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver and passenger in the Ford were unharmed. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
