BUCYRUS, Ohio-The Bucyrus Public Library has unveiled its 2024 Summer Reading Programs, running from June 3rd to July 13th. For children from pre-K to 6th grade, the “Adventure Begins at Your Library” program offers weekly BINGO sheets, a town-wide scavenger hunt, and special events at local schools and the library.
Preschoolers can earn bracelets and charms by reading ten books a week and participate in nature scavenger hunts. Additionally, a community-wide rock hunt encourages all ages to find hidden rocks for prizes. The Young Adult program, “Your Future Awaits,” caters to students in grades 6-12, focusing on career readiness in collaboration with local organizations and supported by educational networks and library friends.
