AKRON, Ohio-A 59-year-old man was arrested in Barberton on Tuesday night after fleeing a crash in Akron where he injured a 7-year-old boy riding a bicycle. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on East 30th Street SW. The boy sustained serious injuries and was treated at a nearby hospital. The driver fled but was located at a residence on Norwood Street in Barberton, identified through a Flock camera capturing his license plate. The man admitted involvement in the crash, and charges are pending.
