SEBRING, Ohio-Jacob Fullerton, a Sebring resident, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct in court on Thursday, amending the charges stemming from a February incident in the parking lot of Sebring McKinley High School. Originally facing an assault charge, Fullerton’s plea deal resulted in the amended charges.
Reports from the incident indicate that Fullerton was the aggressor in an altercation involving a group of juveniles in the school parking lot. According to a witness, Fullerton used a racial slur against the individuals he was with, and school-provided video footage showed Fullerton striking one of the victims. As part of his sentencing, Fullerton received one year of probation.
