LIBEERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio–Ray Hamilton, the baseball coach at Lakota East High School, announced his departure from coaching duties within the program. Hamilton served as the head coach of Lakota East for 25 seasons. During his tenure, Lakota East achieved significant success, including winning the Division I state championship in 2011.
Hamilton, recognized as an Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Famer, received numerous coaching honors throughout his career. He was a four-time Greater Miami Conference coach of the year and had previously coached at Ross High School for 11 seasons.
