BOWLING GREEN, Ohio-Beth Utz was appointed as the new assistant principal at Bowling Green High School, following the resignation of Katie Bacon. Utz, who expressed excitement about joining the BG Schools team, was offered a one-year contract with a base salary of $85,000.
She and her husband, Derik, have raised their six children within the Bowling Green City School system. Utz has previous experience as an intervention specialist in Delaware, Ohio, and has served as an assistant principal at a pre-kindergarten through sixth-grade school in Fostoria. She brings a wealth of educational experience to her new role.
