DAYTON, Ohio-The Dayton Regional STEM School is advancing plans for a new K-5 building at Miami Valley Research Park, awaiting results from a traffic study. The design of the 58,000 square foot facility is nearing completion, with construction set to begin this fall for an opening targeted for fall 2025.
The phased-in approach will initially enroll K-2 and 4th grade students, followed by grades 3 and 5 the subsequent year. The school, not a charter but with its state STEM designation, expects about 425 students and will manage traffic flow through Donation Circle to minimize congestion on Woodman Drive.
