DAYTON, Ohio-In 2022, a Dayton teenager pleaded guilty to the murder of Lyft driver Brandon Cooper. The teenager, who was 17 years old at the time of the incident, admitted to shooting Cooper during a carjacking. Cooper was found dead in his vehicle after being shot multiple times. The teenager faces up to 18 years to life in prison as part of a plea agreement, and sentencing is scheduled for a later date.
