LICKING, Ohio-Jacob McDonald, a truck driver from Zanesville, Ohio, faces charges including aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault following a fatal chain-reaction crash on Interstate 70. The incident last November resulted in the deaths of six people, including three students on a charter bus and a teacher and two chaperones in another vehicle. State investigators determined McDonald failed to slow down in traffic, initiating a collision involving five vehicles in Licking County. He is currently held on a $1 million bond, and court records did not list his attorney.
