WARREN, Ohio-Police are working to identify two children, possibly siblings aged between 5 and 10, who were captured on surveillance video at Willard School. The children were seen breaking into the school grounds by crawling under a gate, attempting to break windows with a metal pole and rocks, and stealing 10 to 12 ice cream sandwiches and popsicles from an outdoor freezer. They left a mess of empty wrappers and boxes behind. The children do not attend Warren City Schools, and police are trying to determine if they are enrolled in a local charter school. Charges are pending.
