PERRY, Ohio-Clay Thomas Wolfe, a 28-year-old man from Junction City, Perry County, has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for child exploitation crimes. From 2018 onwards, he solicited explicit content from over 300 victims on Snapchat by posing as a 15-year-old girl named “Ally”, targeting mainly middle and high school boys. Around 100 victims were confirmed as minors across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. The investigation began in April 2022 when Pennsylvania authorities discovered Wolfe had distributed explicit photos of a sixth-grade student. In total, he accumulated approximately 850 images and 570 videos of child exploitation material. Wolfe was arrested in June 2023 and entered a guilty plea in April 2024.
