STARK, Ohio-Adam Prather, a 41-year-old man from Indiana, pleaded no contest in Massillon Municipal Court to one count of child enticement after attempting to lure a 4-year-old boy into his vehicle for money at a gas station. The incident occurred on October 15 at a Sheetz gas station in Jackson Township, where the child was with his father. Prather was sentenced to five years probation, 40 hours of community service, and received credit for 23 days already spent in jail. The child was unharmed during the incident.
