AKRON, Ohio-A 17-year-old was arrested in Akron on Friday for allegedly robbing a 13-year-old at gunpoint. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. when the 13-year-old was walking home from school and was approached by the older boy, who demanded his phone at gunpoint. The victim complied, and the suspect fled with the phone and other belongings. Police tracked down the suspect after learning he was in a black Kia, which was spotted nearby. After pulling the car over, officers found the 17-year-old in the passenger seat along with a handgun, extended magazines, and some of the stolen property. The teen was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and improper handling of a firearm in a vehicle.
