BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio-Bellefontaine Police reported that a vehicle, driven by 16-year-old Dominic Stackhouse, was speeding and failing to stop at stop signs on West Columbus Avenue and Everett Street Saturday night. During a traffic stop, Stackhouse explained that he was “having fun” and leaving a friend’s house. The vehicle was registered to the parents of a female passenger, and a third juvenile passenger was in the back seat. After verifying identification, the three were released, with the female passenger, the only licensed driver, taking over the wheel. Stackhouse was cited for operating without a driver’s license and stop sign violations.
