Ally Fitzgerald is the youngest captain in the Irish Dance Team’s (IDT) history. She knew she wanted to dance from a young age, but as time went on, she also felt a calling to lead.
“I always wanted to be a leader of the team because I always loved to help the girls out whenever they needed help,” she said. “I always want to be the person that they can come to and it’s just been really great to get that opportunity.”
