A man faces charges in connection to a shooting in Toledo where a bullet hit a 5-year-old in the face who was sitting on a couch inside a home, according to police records and court documents.
Xzavier Moore Rutherford, 21, of Toledo, was arrested late Friday night.
Police said he’s the person who fired off the gunshots into a home that hit the boy in Dec. 2023 on Brussels Street near Upton Avenue and West Sylvania Avenue.
