Avon Lake High School’s Bark and Biscuit initiative is serving up more than just baked goods for fur babies — it’s giving students a hands-on way to develop essential life, social, and career skills. Since launching in April 2023, students have baked nearly 2,000 homemade dog biscuits — averaging 100-150 treats each month, according to a news release.
