A teenager is dead and another was injured in an early morning crash on Sunday. Troopers said the crash killed 17-year-old Kaiya Raine Klopfenstein, of Defiance, and left an 18-year-old from Oakwood hospitalized with serious injuries. The crash happened just after 1 a.m. on June 8 on CR133 at SR111 in Paulding County.
