A Licking County father was arrested and charged in the death of his 4-month-old daughter nearly two years ago. According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and officers with the Utica Police Department were called to a residence on Crestview Drive in October 2023 for a report of an unresponsive infant.
