Two people have been arrested after a 2-year-old child died at an apartment complex in Adams County on Tuesday. According to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the Timber Ridge Apartment Complex in West Union around 9 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive 2-year-old child.
