The Eaton High School band director accused of having inappropriate relationships with students was indicted by a grand jury. Paul Bingle, 49, of Oxford, is facing two counts of sexual battery, one count each of unlawful sexual conduct with a child or corruption of a child and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles and four counts of grooming in Preble County Common Pleas Courts.
