Upper Arlington police have charged a man and a group of teens after an incident earlier this month on Nottingham Road. Upper Arlington Police were made aware of the incident, which occurred on the evening of September 5, 2025, only after the video surfaced online. The footage shows the man aggressively driving his vehicle toward the teenagers, who had toilet-papered his home. The man is also heard making threatening comments about carrying a firearm.
