The Ohio High School Athletic Association will hold an emergency referendum vote regarding the name, image and likeness issue sometime in the next 45 days, it announced Tuesday. The news came one day after Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge Jaiza Page issued a temporary restraining order against the OHSAA rules that prohibit athletes from profiting off the use of their name, image and likeness.
