An Avondale mother accused of killing her 7-month-old child told police she found the girl unresponsive after coming inside from smoking, according to prosecutors. However, the girl’s death was ruled a homicide and 20-year-old Breanna Wright was the only one home with the child at the time, Hamilton County Assistant Prosecutor David Hickenlooper said.
