Richmond Hts. Schools will continue to look for answers after levy fails for third time

Richmond Heights’ electorate felt no differently this November when it came to approving a levy for the city’s school district than it did last November. According to unofficial Cuyahoga County Board of Elections results, 1,631 voters, or 62.4 percent, were against the idea of a levy on Nov. 4, compared to 983 (37.6 percent) for it.
