COLUMBUS, Ohio-The historic Hayden building in Downtown Columbus has secured new tenants despite challenges in the office and retail market. The building, now owned by The Tomko Company, has partnered with IWG to open a 20,000-square-foot “Spaces” co-working space, offering various office sizes and amenities including access to a rooftop deck.
Additionally, three ground-floor retail spaces have been leased out. Black Kahawa Coffee Roastery will open its first brick-and-mortar location in the former Tim Horton’s space, while Three Bites Bakery and Little Cat Boba will also lease nearby spaces.
